Marketplace services

AirCoach enables athletes and clients to discover independent coaches, arrange training, communicate and purchase eligible training programs. Coaches provide their own profiles, availability, service descriptions, coaching and training content. AirCoach operates the marketplace; it is not automatically the provider of each coach's training service.

Accounts and responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and comply with applicable laws. Coaches are responsible for accurate qualifications, availability, prices, services, content permissions and delivery commitments. Athletes are responsible for reviewing offerings and making appropriate decisions about participation. Users must comply with applicable age requirements and parental-consent laws. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors where applicable.

Bookings, payments and refunds

Offerings may include in-person private or group coaching and separately purchased, pre-recorded training plans. Checkout displays the applicable price and charges. Payments and connected-account payouts are handled through payment providers. Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the booking or purchase circumstances and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Digital training plans and coach communications

Purchased training programs are provided for the purchasing account's personal use through supported AirCoach experiences. Content remains subject to the coach's and other rightsholders' intellectual-property rights. Coaches and athletes may communicate using platform chat, but buying a pre-recorded training plan does not by itself guarantee a scheduled live individual coaching session or a particular response time.

Safety and fitness

Physical training carries risks. Users should exercise judgment about their abilities, equipment, environments and any need for professional medical advice. AirCoach does not represent that independent coaching content replaces medical diagnosis or treatment. Mandatory protections under applicable law remain unaffected.

Content and acceptable conduct

Users must have rights to media or content they upload and must not use AirCoach for harassment, threats, unlawful activity, fraud, privacy violations or infringing content. We may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity. Contact support@aircoach.site to report concerns.

Account closure and changes

Users may initiate account deletion in the mobile app. Pending transactions, service commitments, legally required records and purchased content relied upon by other users may require manual processing, retention or de-identification. We may revise these terms and provide notice as required by law.
