Different types of purchases

AirCoach supports coach bookings and packages, group training and digital training plans. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, booking/request status, timing, whether services have been delivered or digital access granted, and applicable consumer laws.

Canceling or requesting a refund

Use the relevant booking or request controls available in your AirCoach account, or contact support@aircoach.site with the booking or transaction details. Do not include payment card numbers in support messages. We will review the transaction against the applicable service rules and circumstances.

Customer-initiated versus coach/system-initiated refunds

Cancellation and refund handling depends on who initiates the cancellation, the type of purchase, the booking or request status, the services already delivered, and the applicable transaction terms. Certain eligible cancellations may be processed automatically through AirCoach, while other circumstances require support review. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Any applicable non-refundable charges must be disclosed through the relevant purchase terms. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Training plans

Digital training-plan purchases grant access to a pre-recorded program. Refund requests involving digital plans are reviewed in light of whether access was provided, technical access issues, the purchase terms presented at checkout and applicable law. Coach messaging access does not independently guarantee a live coaching session.

Coach cancellation and unresolved services

If a coach cannot provide an agreed service, contact support through your booking and transaction details so AirCoach can review rescheduling or refund handling under the applicable booking terms and law.
