Refund and Cancellation Policy
AirCoach supports coaching sessions, online coaching, and digital training plans. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of service, booking status, coach acceptance, and whether the service has already been delivered.
Clients should contact AirCoach support as soon as possible if they need to cancel a booking or request a refund. Requests are reviewed based on the timing of the cancellation, the coach's involvement, and whether the client received access to the service or training plan.
Digital training plans may not be refundable once access has been provided, unless there is a technical issue or another valid reason approved by AirCoach.
If a coach cancels or cannot deliver an accepted session, AirCoach may help the client reschedule or review refund eligibility.
