Information we process

When you use AirCoach, we may process account and contact details, coach and athlete profiles, sport and location preferences, bookings and schedules, purchases and payout records, training-plan entitlements, messages and other user-submitted content, photographs and videos, support requests, and technical information necessary for security and operation. Coaches may provide additional payout onboarding information to our payment processor.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts; operate coach discovery, scheduling, chat, training plans and payments; facilitate coach/athlete interactions; deliver service notices; investigate disputes and support requests; prevent abuse and fraud; maintain financial and security records; and improve reliability.

Who receives information

Relevant profile and service information is displayed to other users according to platform features. Coaches and athletes may see information shared in their bookings, purchases and conversations. We use service providers for payment processing and connected-account payouts (including Stripe), communications and chat (including Twilio and SendGrid), cloud hosting and media storage (including Microsoft Azure), and other operational services. Payment credentials are processed by payment providers; we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on AirCoach application servers.

Storage, retention and account deletion

We retain information while necessary to provide the requested services and for legitimate security, dispute, financial-record and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and circumstances; some transaction records, reviews, shared conversations or purchased training content may need to be retained or de-identified rather than erased immediately. Where feasible, personal identifiers are removed when an account-deletion request is fulfilled. Backup retention and external provider deletion are subject to operational and legal requirements.

You can initiate an account-deletion request in the app through Account > Delete Account. Requests may require identity verification and manual review to protect outstanding bookings, earned balances and content purchased by others. Your choices and rights

You can update certain profile information within your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restrictions on certain processing, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact support@aircoach.site with requests. We may verify your identity before responding.

International processing and security

AirCoach is operated by a United States company. Information may be processed by service providers in the United States and other countries. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
